[NBLUG/talk] Which Linux distribution do you use and why?

I flocked from Ubuntu, because I thought apt was too cryptic for
beginners (which is essentially what Ubuntu is for). I also thought it
was an incredibly juvenile operating system.
One of the advantages that Gentoo has - speaking from personal
experience here - is that the packages are much easier to configure
prior to install than opposed to Fedora or Ubuntu.
To each their own.
