Hi Mitch,
I was @ the last o'reilly nblug meeting , with the same issue, I cured
it by copying my data from the skewed ubuntu drive with a knoppix dvd,
and the combination of half a dozen guides that I found online to help
that effect. It took much terminal work, I certainly will not repeat it
on the next big 'upgrade'.
