You might try AWS.  Be careful, though, because they charge for 
everything including bandwidth and disk storage.

A speculative idea.  If there are enough local people to support 
something like a local cooperative cloud, it might be interesting to try 
to start something like that.  Some place like Sonic might work for 
hosting it, but not if there are huge bandwidth requirements, because 
unless you're on the major hubs like Amazon and Google, you're going to 
be paying big $ to send your data up the pipe to get there.
