FYI, shortly after I got your email about the sale of the O'Reilly 
building, prior to the meeting last night, I sent an email to Dane as I 
thought the more he hears from US, the better.

"Yes, we are aware. Team here is trying to figure out if we can find a 
consistent staff sponsor group in the team here who could manage 
hosting, security and access control, etc."
