Saturday at 9am. There are 120 of us registered, but we have space for
more. So

message ...</p><p>IT Ops has undergone so much change due to the advancement in
technology and also the reduction in resources – where we’ve all been
faced to do so much more with so much less. A few of us have organized
an OpsCamp SF event <a href="http://www.opscamp.org/sf">http://www.opscamp.org/sf</a>
) which is free for anyone to attend.</p><p>The purpose of this un-conference is to get system admins, developer
and operations managers together and talk about hot topics that affect
our day-to-day jobs. The first OpsCamp took place in Austin and was
based on networking and problem solving / solution sharing. There was a
2nd OpsCamp in Boston which included similar topics plus "How does
automation effect IT jobs?"</p><p>It’s a free event, so we know you will get your money's worth. ;-)</p><p>The cool part is IF you attend, you can influence the topics
discussed by proposing, hosting or provoking discussions. It’s really
fun. You’ll meet some great characters in the space. John Willis aka
'botchagalupe' will be there as well as Mark Hinkle, Tara Spalding,
Erica Brescia, Mike Malloy, Bernard Golden, James Watters, Damon
Edwards, Michael Johnson, and
