your server settings for both POP and SMTP to SSL.<br>

AT&T Yahoo's mail server settings are:<br>
mail.att.yahoo.com - SSL - Port 995<br>
smtp.att.yahoo.com - SSL - Port 465<br>

I don't see any reason why Apache would conflict.<br>
