<div>I <i>do</i> find the reference to Poettering problematic. I don't think that we gain anything as a community by attacking individuals, and suspect his mercurial public persona may be related to the absurd amount of hate directed at him. Honestly I'd be brusque if most of my correspondence were hate mail. (Not that he is entirely blameless: the naming of the "systemd cabal" is an unwise bit of trolling.)<br></div>
