[SoCoSA/discuss] Mailing list preference question

What does everybody think?  Would it be better for announcements to go to
the discuss *and* notify lists, so that you only have to sign up for one
list (depending on whether or not you want to be involved in random
discussions), or would it be better for announcements to only go to the
notify list?
