Persisting with Google (despite no immediate answers), I finally found
my way to a method.
Kudo's to O'Reilly, btw, it's from "Windows Annoyances"...

The tool is "diskmgmt.msc" -- and with that, it's easy:
"Action" / "All Tasks >"  "Change Drive Letter and Paths..."

voila!
