My apologies, I meant to be more helpful with that response.  I would
check out disk management.  (Control Panel [Classic Mode]-> Administrative
Tools -> Disk Management)  Right-click on the device in question and you
should have "Change Drive Letters and Paths."  This should work for any
removable media, to the best of my knowledge.
