After these you could easily do the basics yourself.  If you know some scripting or anything you probably could do a lot more once we finish.  I feel pretty confident that the small amounts of examples required to move people through this should easily allow them to start doing fairly amazing things without spending all the money on proprietary systems.

Otherwise A1 Networks is available for consulting on projects, we do quite a bit of call centers, application integration and voice recognition.  The next thing we are working on is voice recognition with application integration to augment customer accounts in a separate database.
