[NBLUG/talk] quoted printable / Entourage

 occasionally receive mail from an OSX Entourage user:
User-Agent: Microsoft-Entourage/10.1.4.030702.0

Basically, it's quoted-printable with ISO-8859-1 and it looks like crap,
with quotes and apostrophes appearing to me as question marks.  I
usually use mutt, but it looks like crap with mozilla mail as well.

Couple of questions:
1) What is the fundamental source of the problem?
2) Any mutt-foo or other workarounds so I can look at this without
blinking?

Your estimate looks fair and accurate. I didn=B9t have an expectation about
the amount...just that it=B9d be fair and accurate.

I=B9ll need client approval before I give you the green light...so I won=B9t
hold you to the June 30th deadline. Just give me an updated schedule when
the =B3formal=B2formal comes in (these things sometimes take a while to get
rolling).
