Version Control

Hello All,
I'm looking for a good Version Control Program for Linux?
It needs to be able to handle large amounts of Data....
Is being used for a large group of artist, and the revisions of their
artwork, 
So, it would be nice if it could do binary deltas, otherwise the data get
quite large....
Needs to be some what easy to dump data onto storage, and then have old
data be purged.
Here is the part you guys and gals won't like, It needs to be capable of
handling windows clients.... 
Anyone have any suggestion?
