RedHat Patent Apps

Hello, 
      I mentioned RedHat last night in the meeting possibly moving from the 
GPL licensing and toward private patents. This is the article or one of many 
that I have read recently on RedHats software patents. Doesn't seem to bad 
after further reading.I understand what they are doing but I just hope that 
they remain true to their commitment to OpenSource.
