I would suggest Squid (www.squid-cache.org) with some form of logfile
analysis (which they talk about on their site).  I would also suggest
that anyone using the web be notified well in advance that this change
will be taking place and that you give them a place to forward their
legimate privacy concerns (ie your bosses email address).
