I've upgraded postfix exactly twice in over 2 years. Once when a remote
relay bug was found (the only bug found that I'm aware of) and once to
get some new features in the latest version. Yes they release new
versions every couple months, I just ignore them. There are postfix
packages for debian and mandrake.
