So, what are everyone's recommendations for a mailing list manager. What I'm looking for is a manager that I can create a custom web interface (I hate canned web-interfaces) for using PHP or perl. I guess I don't mind stock interfaces as long as I can change the look significantly or use predefined code snippets.
