Don't knock it until you have tried it. The ISO's should be out this week for
what would have been Red Hat 10.
Check out yum from freshrpms.net, it will be the update tool bundled with
Fedora, although apt for rpm should work fine also.
I think the fedora project will be a good thing for everyone... even though it
feels like you are getting tossed from the train now, wait and absorb what is
going on around Linux right now and take it all in.... there has been alot
going on in the last month.
Time to dust off the gentoo box......... and how about that Slack 9.1? Not
bad!
