If you read the top of this file it tells you how to
make sure you don't
fudge up your upgrade process and what not by editing

Be carefully editing it if you configure it using
debconf, as any
upgrade to the package may clobber your changes.
Running 'dpkg-reconfigure xserver' may be preferable.
