Steve -
I am a member of a yacht club and we need to send emails to various
populations of members. Though I work with databases professionally, I
would like to avoid reinventing the wheel if a package already exists.
My goal would be to put the application on the Cobalt server and use the
existing MySQL database. For the creation of the email, I may use the
Browser editor ( http://209.204.172.137/editor/ ).
