[NBLUG/talk] Still More NTP

Yea!
Something is working. The two ntp.conf files were very different, so I
took all the extra stuff out of the long config file that was on the box
I wanted to be the server. Then NTP started, but I don't thing things
are working as I want. But at least the program is running.
Now I just need to set it up so yogurt gets its time from time.sonic.net
and the rest of my boxen get their times from yogurt.
I seem to recall, back when I first set this up, that I could do
ntptrace, and get lines representing all the expected servers. From an
inside box here, I would get yogurt and then time.sonic.net, and then
sonic's reference. Or from yogurt, I would just get the last two. That
doesn't happen any more. I get one line like this:
zoltec: stratum 16, offset 0.000000, synch distance 0.013035
from zoltec, and inside box, or
localhost: stratum 16, offset -0.014735, synch distance 0.013650
from yogurt, the box I want to be the server. So I think it indicates
something is not working.
If anyone would care to send me a pair of ntp.conf files indicating a
local server and local client configuration, I'd be really greatful.
Thank you.
