Peter,


 I think you want something in /etc/ntp.conf on the server(YOGURT) to read:

server time.sonic.net
fudge time.sonic.net stratum 13
broadcast 192.168.77.255

Then your clients should have in /etc/ntp.conf:
server yogurt
