[NBLUG/talk] Hardware Speech Synthesizers..

I can't remember the names of the gentlemen I was speaking with last
night, but I did some more research on pricing and availability of
hardware speech synthesizers.

Doing a search on eBay for "speech synthesizer" I found a few useful
listings.  Obviously the cheaper ones won't be using the latest in
Text-To-Speech technology, but they'll certainly get the job done.
