[NBLUG/talk] Linux desktop backup solutions

Hi All,

 

I'd like to be able to back up my entire Linux PC to a network drive (to
allow full "bare metal"

restore should the entire machine die), and also be able to selectively
browse the backup

image to restore individual files if necessary.  I use Norton Ghost on
my Windows PC

to do this and it works well. 

 

Can anyone recommend a similar solution for Linux?
