Here's a post I made back in April with links. I'm not sure if
anything has changed since then, as they were supposedly working on
another model with (supposedly) better storage and larger screen.

Slightly off-topic, but I found a £99 laptop (called "the ONE") by
Elonex yesterday on Reuters video:

About $200 US, but only has a 1GB flash drive (a 2GB model is
available). Seems comparable to the Eee PC except for the storage
space and that it runs Linux OS. [Now it's obvious that Eee runs linux
also, but they are different distros. I'm not sure which one.]
